DCAD membership supports our work to protect and advance the rights of Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, Hard of Hearing, and Late-Deafened people in the Washington, D.C. area. Regular members also qualify for a $5 annual Capital Bikeshare membership. See our Capital Bikeshare page.
